Shipping policy

Most custom orders require 3–5 business days after payment, receipt of personalization details, and design approval. Banners and flags typically require 7–14 business days. Larger orders may require additional time, confirmed before production.

Shipping time is additional. Shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout or confirmed in your quote. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Contact us before ordering for an event deadline or rush service. Local pickup or meetups in the Baytown/greater Houston area are available by prior arrangement.
